Welcome to Nex Waves — we’re so glad you’re here. By using our website or making a purchase, you’re agreeing to the terms below. We’ve kept them clear, honest, and as human as possible — because that’s how we like to do business.

1. General Info (The Basics)

  • All of our products are subject to availability and confirmed once payment is complete.
  • Prices are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.
  • In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order (e.g., stock issues or fraud prevention). If that happens, we’ll let you know right away and issue a full refund.

2. Product Descriptions

  • We work hard to show accurate photos and details of everything we sell.
  • Please note that lighting, screens, and angles might make some colors or materials look slightly different.
  • We occasionally update descriptions to reflect product improvements — always with your experience in mind.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed after secure payment through Credit Card, PayPal, or Afterpay.
  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
  • If you notice an error (like address or quantity), please email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to fix it before shipping.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (weekdays only).
  • We currently ship within Australia only (New Zealand coming soon!).

Delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping – FREE (2–3 business days, or 4–5 for WA & QLD)
  • Express Shipping – $10 (Next day, or 2 days for WA & QLD)

We do our best to dispatch promptly, but once your package is with the courier, delivery times are in their hands. That said — if anything goes wrong, just reach out. We’ve got you.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We want you to love your Nex Waves product. If something’s not right, here’s how we make it right:

  • You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
  • To be eligible, the product must be undamaged, in its original box, with all accessories included.
  • Please include your order number or receipt to speed up the process.

💡 Bonus: All Nex Waves charging docks come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults. If there’s a defect, we’ll replace it or refund you — fast.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, product names, and content on this site belong to Nex Waves. We ask kindly that you don’t reuse, reproduce, or republish anything without our permission.

7. Product Use & Safety

Please use all charging products as instructed, and avoid exposure to moisture or unsafe usage. We’re not liable for misuse or damage outside of normal product use — but we’re always here to help if you need guidance.
