We ship from our Australian warehouse and use trusted local couriers to ensure your order gets to you safely.

- Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.
You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our hands. Keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe check spam too, just in case)!

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number so you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your workspace.
If you notice any unusual delays, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to follow up with the courier for you.

Double-check your delivery address before confirming checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at support@nexwaves.com.au — if the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it on the spot.
