Changed your mind? No worries — we offer easy 30-day returns on eligible products.
To qualify:
- The item must be undamaged, in its original box, and include all accessories.
- You’ll need to provide your order number or receipt.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

🔁 Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
🛠️ 6-Month Warranty (No Worries Here)
Every Nex Waves charging dock comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects or quality issues.
If your product has a fault within this time:
- We’ll replace it or issue a refund
- You won’t pay for shipping
- We may request a photo or video to verify the issue — it helps us improve
Please note:
- Our warranty doesn’t cover physical damage, misuse, or wear and tear.
- Using non-certified adapters or cables may void the warranty — so we always recommend using the included certified accessories.

Oops — it happens. If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll priorities your case and get it fixed quickly (at no cost to you).
